My work depicts iconic sites, locations and landscapes in the North East of England. My work hangs in prestigious public locations across the UK and in Collectors homes. I am a working artist who draws inspiration from the North East of England coastline and the iconic locations of the area. Sometimes this region is seen as grey – I see the North East as a vibrant place bursting with life, colour and the lust for life that its people exude.
My style is bold and vibrant and reflects the positive outlook that I myself have. Customers often comment on the burst of joy that my work brings them. I share my work in various forms, for the wall, the mantel or the sofa and my cards have travelled the world bringing a little piece of home to those far and near. I am also well known for my commissioned portraiture : people pets and places – every one delivered with my unique splash of joy.
